مهاجرت به کانادا از طریق نیروی متخصص فدرال
متقاضیان مهاجرت حرفه و تخصص فدرال ( Federal Skilled Worker ) بر مبنای توانایی هایشان جهت مهاجرت به کشور کانادا ارزیابی خواهند شد. هدف از این روش، پر نمودن کمبود نیروی متخصص در بازار کار کانادا می باشد.
جهت اقدام از طریق این روش متقاضیان باید یکی از سه شرط زیر را دارا باشند:
> حداقل یک سال سابقه کار در یکی از مشاغل مورد نیاز روش تخصصی فدرال در سال ۲۰۱۴
> درخواست کار معتبر از یک کارفرمای کانادایی
> تکمیل دوره دکترا در کانادا و یا گذراندن حداقل دو سال تحصیلی از ۴ سال دوره دکترا در یکی از دانشگاههای رسمی کانادا »
متقاضیان مهاجرت از این روش بر اساس شش معیار ارزیابی می شوند. این معیارهای انتخابی نشانگر این است که آیا متقاضی می تواند برای مهاجرت به کانادا اقدام کند یا خیر. متقاضی جهت دریافت ویزای دائم از این روش نیاز به کسب ۶۷ امتیاز دارد که بر اساس معیار های ذیل امتیازبندی می شود :
> تحصیلات : حداکثر امتیاز ۲۵
> سطح زبان انگلیسی / فرانسه : حداکثر امتیاز ۲۸
> سابقه کاری : حداکثر امتیاز ۱۵
> سن : حداکثر امتیاز ۱۲
> درخواست کار از کانادا : حداکثر امتیاز ۱۰
> قابلیت سازگاری : حداکثر امتیاز ۱۰
افسران بررسی کننده پرونده ها و صادر کنندگان ویزای اقامت کشور کانادا این حق را دارند که بدون در نظر گرفتن امتیاز، تقاضای مهاجرت را بر اساس ارزیابی جایگزین قبول و یا رد کنند.
متقاضی روش نیروی متخصص فدرال، علاوه بر کسب حداقل ۶۷ امتیاز، باید بتواند خود و همراهان خود را از لحاظ مالی در کانادا تامین کند. همچنین متقاضی و همراهانش می بایست معاینات پزشکی را انجام داده و عدم سوء پیشینه ارائه نمایند.
هزینه درخواست نامه برای مهاجرت نیروی متخصص فدرال : برای متقاضی اصلی ۵۵۰ $ کانادا، برای همسر و یا هر همراه دیگری ( بالای ۲۲ سال ) ۵۵۰ $ کانادا، و برای هر همراه کوچکتر از ۲۲ سال ۱۵۰ $ کانادا می باشد که توسط دولت کانادا در ابتدای کاراخذ می گردد.
متقاضیان مهاجرت به کانادا با تحصیلات بالاتر از دیپلم، همچنین می توانند از روش های مهاجرتی نیروی متخصصین استان کبک، خود اشتغالی فدرال و خود اشتغالی استان کبک اقدام نمایند.
